Would you guys be able to add on additional space and bandwidth?
No, but we can make a custom plan for you, and also put you on a custom billing plan. You can also, go to our Shared and Reselles section, and click on "Make Your Own" to start building your own custom plan yourself.
Does Nixism require annual contracts?
No, Nixism does not require annual contracts, but by all means you are more than welcome to pay annually.
Does Nixism charge and hidden or setup fees?
No, and it is going to stay this way. All of our plans are laid out the way they should be, no tricks or additional charges.
Can I purchase domains from Nixism?
No, you can not purchase domains from nixism. But in the future, you will be able to.
Will I be able to access my domain name with or without the www?
Yes, by all means you will be able to access your domain with or without the www. prefix.
What types of servers would my site be hosted on?
Nixism is running on Dual Core Xeon servers with 2 GB ram. Most importantly, we monitor our hardware regularly, and we deploy new hardware based on server load, not the number of clients. Your site will always be fast, and have ample resources to serve your customers.
Do you do regular backups of my account?
Yes, we do. Nixism does weekly and daily backups. So you will never have to stress about your data being lost.
I have my own SSL Certificate, can Nixism install it for me?
Yes, we will install your certificate, and we will do it free of charge.

Does Nixism offer PHP5?
Yes we do offer PHP5, specifically PHP 5.2.4. Both versions of PHP are installed server-side. So we are running both PHP4 and PHP5. If you would like to utilize PHP5, then read this article to find out how.
